Tuesday July 28th: Please remember that we require two weeks quarantine if you leave the region on vacation with friends or for any reason ( or you interact with anyone ). We Strongly encourage you to listen to your healthcare professionals and wear a mask . We do require a mask when you visit our office. If you do not have one, we can supply you with one. We are taking every step we can to keep our office a safe place for you to visit.
Tuesday June 30th: We are sending texts and emails out before your next appointment. Please respond by going to the website patient portal and fill out your Covid and Medical history forms. It will save time at your next appointment and make our office less congested and a place that is even more safe to be. PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN YOU LEAVE HOME!!
Wednesday June 17th: Please remember that we will ask you Covid questions on your arrival as well as take your temperature. We have hand sanitizer in the waiting room as you enter, for you to use as well. We are working very hard for your, and our safety. Please, please wear mask and social distance as there will likely not be a vaccine for many months. Finally be patient with our scheduling. Judy and Theresa are doing their absolute best in a very difficult situation. We are excited to see you and take care of you!! We are HAPPY to be back at work!
